Delete your Chronicle data

Chronicle is developed by XYZ Agent LLC. This page explains how to delete your data while keeping your account. If you want to remove your account entirely, see the account deletion page linked below.

1. Open Chronicle and sign in.

2. Go to Settings, then Account, and scroll to Delete.

3. Choose Delete Data and confirm.

Your account stays active, but its content and settings are reset as if it were new. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

If you have uninstalled Chronicle or cannot access your account, email chronicle@xyzagent.ai from the address associated with your account, with [delete-data] at the start of the subject line so the request is routed correctly.

Tell us what you want removed - all of your content, or specific items. We will verify that the request comes from the account owner, delete the data, and confirm by email within 30 days.

Your saved requests and the responses generated for them, your profile details such as display name, profile photo and phone number, and your appearance and theme settings, which return to their defaults.

Your account itself stays active, so your email address and sign-in credentials are retained - otherwise you could not sign in. Your subscription status is also retained so your access continues.

Records we are required to keep for legal, tax and accounting reasons, such as purchase and billing history, are retained for up to 7 years. Deleted data may persist in encrypted backups for up to 30 days.
